Founder Members

Founding members are legal trademark agent that have qualification and recognition from the Ministry of Commerce in promotion one and two, and has initiated the establishment of this association.

Honorary Members

Honorary members are members who provided special benefits to the upper level of the association or association members, such as experience, knowledge of intellectual property rights materials and funds.

Active Members

Active member are the individuals who participate actively serving association’s activities can be legal mark agents, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, civil servants who have expertise or experiences in the field of intellectual property rights.

Associate Members

Supporting members are individuals or legal entities of Khmer nationality or foreigners who are interested in useful or relevant to the field of intellectual property rights.

Membership Fees

Natural person or legal person who becomes an associate member has to pay the annual membership fee.

The Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia was established on 05 July 2016 by a group of qualified trademark agents, patent and industrial design practitioners, attorney s at law and professors with strong support from the Ministry of Commerce. From 2013 onwards, the Ministry of Commerce has trained hundreds of trademark, patent and industrial design practitioners, students, and government officers. Read More
