Arbitrators specialized in Intellectual Property Matters

On October 4, 2018, trainees who have successfully passed the registration Exam organized by the National Commercial Arbitration Center of Cambodia. NCAC now have good number of Arbitrators specialized in the field intellectual property are ready to deal with IP disputes. The Center is able to manage the intellectual property disputes in addition to other commercial cases. (By Pich Ang, President of the association)

The Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia was established on 05 July 2016 by a group of qualified trademark agents, patent and industrial design practitioners, attorney s at law and professors with strong support from the Ministry of Commerce.
